We Provide Professional Crack Sealing Services in Cleveland, OH
Northeastern Ohio brings spring showers and melting snow that can create leaks in poured basement walls. Seal your cracks before they cause damage to your structure and your belongings. The sooner you can seal cracks the better off you are in the long run from preventing major damage to your home and property.
What is a Polyurethane Crack Injection?
Polyurethane Crack Injection is used to treat water leakage in cracks and joints. After injection into a crack or joint, the urethane grout reacts with water and expands creating a tight permanent seal against water flow.
This effective technique requires no digging or outside excavation which is costly and destructive to your yard.

Types of Repairs We Seal with Polyurethane Crack Injections:
There are a lot of second and third-generation waterproof companies that are well known and do excellent work, however, they do not offer the injection process. They would prefer to sell you in the costly digging from outside. We offer repairs from the inside for a fraction of the costs. Our injection process completely fills cracks whereas the outside process only covers the cracks.
Some other companies also offer putting a rubber patch over the crack and chipping a hole in the basement floor. This type of repair still allows water to enter through the crack and is then channeled under the basement floor. This is usually just a visual repair.
Cracks behind drywall are repaired with minimal drywall removal for easy patching. All injection ports are completely removed after the crack is sealed leaving a clean patched look over the crack. There will be nothing for the homeowner to do after the repair is completed.
